What is EuroherbsPharmacy? EuroherbsPharmacy is the webshop for practitioners of De NatuurApotheek. EuroherbsPharmacy mainly supplies ready-made Chinese and Western herbal formulas from well-known brands, as well as De NatuurApotheek's own preparations. You can also visit our webshop for acupuncture supplies, skin care products and orthomolecular products.
Practitioners can request an account. Once your request has been approved, you can log in and view the full range of products, as well as placing an order. If you are not a practitioner but have a prescription, please send it to us by email at info@euroherbs.nl or by post to the address provided in the 'Contact' section. Rest assured that your order will be handled professionally.
The EuroherbsPharmacy webshop is exclusively for practitioners. You can request an account by completing the registration form. Once your request has been approved, you will receive a notification allowing you to log in to the webshop. Please note that you will only be able to log in once your account has been approved.
An order processing fee will be charged for orders not placed through our online store, as processing non-online-store orders takes much longer.
DHL charges extra for delivering orders to remote areas. Euroherbs Pharmacy passes these costs on to customers.
The invoice for your order will be included with your package and will be sent to you digitally. You can pay for the order afterwards by bank transfer. Please note 1: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. This is not the invoice, so please do not transfer any money yet. Please note 2: if the order is sent to your patient and you are the payer, you will, of course, receive the invoice rather than your patient; we will then send you the invoice electronically.
At present, we do not charge any packing and postage costs for orders placed via the online shop totalling €150 or more (excluding VAT) for delivery within the Netherlands. For orders outside the Netherlands but within the EU, the packaging and shipping fees are waived if the total value of ready-to-use Euroherb products exceeds €150, excluding VAT. If you order only products manufactured by De NatuurApotheek, the terms and conditions of De NatuurApotheek apply. Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage. Handling fees are fixed amounts, while shipping costs depend on the total weight and the destination. We recommend that you combine your items into a single order whenever possible. We cannot guarantee that two separate orders will be combined. It's possible that shipping charges will be applied to every order.
In the online shop, you can see which products are in stock. Products we have in stock are usually dispatched the same day or the next working day. If a product has a delivery time of more than 5 working days, we will contact you. Unfortunately, we have no control over the delivery time of your parcel by the courier service. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing the Track & Trace details for your order, so that you can track it. If you wish to have the order sent to someone other than yourself, and we have that person’s email address, they will receive the Track & Trace details by email. If you have not received your order after a week, please send an email to info@euroherbs.nl and we will look into the matter.
Yes, in many cases that is possible. Orders to countries outside the EU (but within Europe) are dispatched under the Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place). This means that EuroherbsPharmacy is responsible for the transport and pays the costs of any transport insurance and any export duties; postage, import duties and taxes are payable by the buyer.
Yes, that's possible. You can collect your order from our premises at Bocholtzerweg 14C, Simpelveld (South Limburg) on weekdays between 9.00 and 17.00. Please note: We are a manufacturing company, not a shop. If you would like to collect your order, it is best to let us know in advance by email: info@euroherbs.nl.
That’s possible. We charge the express delivery costs that DHL charges us, plus an additional surcharge of €25 to cover the extra staff and administration costs.
